My 6th Trip to Italy and I Consider it to be the Best by Far!
” My trip to Casa di Ezio in Prezza, Italy, was my 6th trip to Italy, and I consider it to be the best by far. Our group lived in an ancient village where we were very welcomed by the entire community. This amazing vacation was a true culinary and cultural experience. We learned to make some great dishes and also experienced wonderful dinners at many restaurants in the Abruzzo region.
Highlights include the Trabocchi on the Adriatic sea and hunting truffles with the dog in Roccascalegna, then eating the delicious pasta made with the fresh truffles. I’m now planning my next visit during the summer of 2017 to include my daughter and son-in-law. I’ve also impressed a number of friends with some of the dishes I’ve learned to make.”
